With the start of the full-scale war, Ukraine decentralized its defence procurement system and has since become one of the strongest examples of how this model can quickly supply armed forces with the most up-to-date equipment. But it is much more than that: it connects different stakeholders and sheds light on a defence-tech sector that was previously closed and siloed.
