We Thought Tech Would Make War More Precise. We Were Wrong.

Military forces globally are increasingly targeting civilian energy infrastructure, transforming power grids, substations, and oil tankers into primary frontline battlegrounds across active conflicts in Iran, Ukraine, Russia, Sudan, Gaza, and the Red Sea. Autonomous strike platforms and uncrewed aerial vehicles have dramatically lowered technical barriers to deep precision targeting, allowing state and non-state actors to systematically disrupt adversary power distribution.
