Establishing credible space deterrence also depends on rapid attribution capabilities, clear operational red lines, and multilateral coalition frameworks like Operation Olympic Defender to effectively mitigate natural orbital hazards, prevent strategic miscalculation, and signal retaliatory resolve against hostile anti-satellite counterspace operations.
